Species ID Suggestions

This is more of a bush, about chest high. Too bad you couldn't find any name. Yes, I hope someone else can ID it.
I know this type of tree (or is it a bush?) My sister has one in the garden, and we have search the name, but we found nothing. I hope somebody will identify it :)
