Description:

Small green bug. It could kinda fly, but not far.

Habitat:

The TriState toll road. This guy jumped in my car in Indiana

Pentatomidae, Stink Bug. Most probably Pentatominae and might be Pentatomini? The picture is not that sharp and close to see all the important details.
