True, I've seen a few of them here and there, but still, I would not have guessed its ID. haha
Not really.. These are actually quite common jumping spiders.. But the pleasure is mine.. :-)

Its a female Menemerus Bivittatus (Gray wall jumper)..
Thanks, monkey-mind and nana-puppet! My guess is Plexippus sp. but I'm not sure..
