Description:

Underside is very similar to Adonis Blue but top of wings not seen.

Habitat:

Riverbed rocks/stones uncovered by low water levels

Hi, Malcolm! I'm not sure 100%, I think this is Polyommatus icarus, common blue. By my book, Adonis blue has a bigger black spots and the outher margin (that looks like tiny hair) has black pattern.
