Description:

The Callicebus genus, which in Latin means beautiful monkey, is made up of medium-sized monkeys weighing on average 1kg. His longevity is 13 years. Long and soft coat the entire body, including head and tail. Live couples or in small family groups 2-5 individuals or solitary individuals - males.

Habitat:

It can be found in southeastern Brazil in primary forest, secondary, lower strata of gallery forests or edges of large clearings in the forest.
