In reviewing this again, I remembered something - male mosquitoes have longer palps than the females! So, while this is a male, it is probably NOT Anopheles. I will investigate mosquitoes species in your area to see if I can come up with a genus.
This is a male Anopheles mosquito because the palps are as long as the proboscis. I know it is male because the antennae are very fluffy. Males don't take bloodmeals, good news for you ;).
