Field Notes

Description:

Planted these 3 weeks ago in my vegetable garden. They are doing fine for now.. Let's see if I can avoid the moth issue this year.

Notes:

We use the blossoms for food too.. They get stuffed with a mixture of rice, chopped tomato, parsley, chopped scallion, olive oil and salt & pepper. Then they get steamed for about 20 monitored and you got some nice finger food.
