Oh no this was in a zoo '^.^ sorry to confuse you.
This is not a native frog. Is it your pet? It is a tomato frog of some sort, Genus Dyscophus. I'm leaning towards false tomato frog. These frogs are endemic to Madagascar, but are seen a lot in the pet trade. If you did see it in the wild, my only guess is that it is a release...and won't make it through the winter.
