Description:

Small finch-like bird with a golden crown, chest and belly. Strong triangular beak.

Habitat:

Wooden area in the midst of a regional town in Singapore

Notes:

Tampines Eco Park was recently set up to be a green lung in Tampines with a difference---everything is supposed to be as natural and ecologically-friendly as possible, from bio-toilets, to natural vegetation-lined drains.
