Thanks for the ID fix, I should have picked that up sooner =\ Yes he has beautiful eyes doesn't he!!!
Oh he's cute, look at those eyes! I love cormorants, they're so elegant (not on land of course...!). Also, Steven Spragg is right with his ID, this is just a pied cormorant as opposed to a little pied cormorant. Great spotting! Our cormorants are a little more boring hahaha :)
