Latimeria
Yep, it's a millipede. It's in either Order Spirobolida or Order Spirostreptida. If it's in Spirostreptida, it's in the family Choctellidae. I'm too terribly certain on which it is because it's tough to tell from a picture, but it's in that area somewhere.
