I agree looks like an Iguana, two totally different lizards.
It's a female Iguana (Iguana iguana) did you took this pic in a zoo ? This is definitely not a Hydrosaurus pustulatus nor Hydrosaurus amboinensis.
looks more Hydrosaurus amboinensis (Amboina Sailfin Lizard) than Hydrosaurus pustulatus (Philippine Sailfin Lizard).
Oh yes! I think this is the Philippine Sailfin Lizard.
I don't think this is an Iguana iguana, they are native to Central and South America... Let me check what do you have here...
