Description:

Small orange and black bug with a yellowish and black banded underbelly and short antenas. Are they harmful for flowers or a garden?

Notes:

On just about every Black-eyed Susan and Daisy flower in the garden.

Thank you very much. I was concerned because it seems like they are everywhere and we have seen some places where some plants were damaged, but we believe it was from japanese beetles.
