It is definitely a herring gull (Larus argentatus). You can tell by its pink legs. The third picture is also a herring gull but it is a juvenile. Probably second winter by the look of it.
Hey Karan, Welcome to ProjectNoah. I pity the starfish but its a great moment you captured. Is the bird in the last pic the same? You should group different creatures as different spottings so that they can be identified uniquely. Have fun exploring.
