These flowers were growing in a flower bed, behind the California Pizza Kitchen's building.

Perimeter Mall area, landscaping behind California Pizza Kitchen.

Thanks for the spotting help folks. Not sure but the spotting changed itself? I went in to change it and it was already changed.

Looks like spicata need rest of plant to be sure. Could also be garden varietal.
