Am searching, Achmmad....think you are right with the genus being Tibouchina....thought it was a blue princess, but it didn't have the "fuzzy" leaves this one does. Still looking...

Almost 100 percent the link on previous comment is the same species with your, Sarah. but its not a M. malabatrichum, still on progress to search over internet.
They do resemble each other. But, mine (if I recall correctly) didn't have the flowers growing on the long stem, as yours does. Not quite sure yet...Will be researching this! Thank you for a start! :)
