I know that bugs from the Eysarcoris genus have "eyes" like that on their back.
if mother earth has a juvenile offspring, this critter for sure is one of his masterpiece

I have never seen such a happy bug in my life.
Looks like a teeny halloween decoration. (Or a shield bug?)
That's a very cool little critter. Probably a type of spined solder bug.
