Check out this website: http://www.magicicada.org/magicicada_xix.php. They're doing research into Brood XIX, which is emerging right now, and you can submit data to help them out. They're mapping out where the emergences happen and they're probably pretty frantic about it, considering they have to wait 13 or 17 years.
