I didn't even see the bee! I thought this was an unidentified flower. I guess we can ID the insect and the flower. Thanks monkey-mind.
it is a campanula all right... then there is a little bee trying to land on it - it is a leafcutter bee (here is my spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6541726) and that little pink flower beside it is surely a Epilobium family member (not quite sure which one)
What are you not sure about? If it's not Campanula, it may be a white flowered variety of Balloon flower. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Platycodon_grandiflorus
I think this is a white Campanula carpatica http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Campanula_carpatica
