Field Notes

Description:

This particular bird (grey patch on his chest) is one of two or three Cardinal males that I see in the area. I don't think the gray patch is necessarily common to all of them, but I don't know for sure.

Notes:

Today I saw the pair of Cardinal Male and Female fly away and then a few minutes later, I saw this Cardinal. He stayed on the yard for about 10 minutes and coexisted with a chipmunk for a while.
