This is Glossy Buckthorn which has proven itself to be a terribly invasive tree in the U.S.. Where was this taken? I'd suggest digging it, and any other saplings, up before the berries ripen and the birds spread it any further. Here in Massachusetts it's already too late and it grows everywhere, even in deep mostly undisturbed woods.
