Its Katydid nymph.. Orchelimum sp. I have some problem with flashing Chrome browser problem. So wrongly see other specie.

Katydid has small head. I realized immediately after posting.
Sorry not katydid but other green grasshopper nymph http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melanoplus_bivittatus
I totally agree my neighbors 7 year old son finds these all the time and shows them to me thats pretty cool
This is look like Nymph of Katydid...Wings are not developed..!!
