Description:

delicate yellow mushroom, thin-stemmed 3 inch diameter cap,4 inches tall

Habitat:

spotted among oak leaves between lady palms

Notes:

I'm guessing one of the Leucocoprinus

I have added two additional photos that may help with ID (I've had no luck). The first was taken later the same day as they were emering; and the second the next morning when they opened.
