I'm pretty sure that is not a fern. Where did you see it? looks like a seedling Caesalpinia or something in the Fabaceae.

Not a fern, possible Fabaceae, The leaves are mimosa like, but still to young to tell for sure. I see something like stipels , wich is a caracteristic of the family....
