My grandmother in the panhandle of FL says they are invasive there. They would be nice in a dried flower arrangement though.
They dry and last wonderfully. I picked some up out of a trash pile in Seattle, Washinton in 2009 and they are still holding up nicely.
Would they crumble if I dried them and use them indoors?
