very small red flower, around 20mm

I spotted this in Bwindi Impenetrable national park.

It does look like it but the flower doesn't match 100% and I. kilimanjiari is only found on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, though it is possible it made it's way there, I'm not sure it is it.
Its like Impatiens kilimanjiari
