Eric,Scott has given you a pretty good ID! Yes these are different from the 13 year Cicada. They can be seen once a year and hence the name annual Cicada. That is how it differs from the periodical Cicada, A 13 year Cicada is a periodical Cicada and can be seen periodically every 13 years,
is that different from a thirteen year cicada
