53.3717, -6.14609
Field Notes
Description:
Common sun-loving butterfly. It is seen on wings in Ireland between March and Octobre. Upper wings marbled orange, yellow and black with blue dots on the tip. Underparts smoky-brown.
Notes:
I saw it on a very sunny day, in the dunes of the nature reserve of the island, at low tide, in early afternoon.
