Description:

Beautiful orange, black, and white butterfly. Distinguished from the viceroy butterfly by the absence of a black ring on the lower outer wing. Viceroy's got it, Monarch's don't. monarch also larger. see http://www.learner.org/jnorth/tm/monarch/Viceroy1.html
