Description:

white/light gray body, darker wings, white/light grey chin, black beak, darker grey top of head, dark greay/black lump just above beak.
This bird was very close to the waterfalls at Amicalola Falls State Park, Chattahoochee National Forest, 418 Amicalola State Park Rd, Dawsonville, GA 30534-1003, USA

Notes:

The bird landed on the cross branch, hopped up to the branch going away from the camera, then trotted up the limb, then flew away.
