Description:

terrestrial orchid, inflorescence about 5' tall

Habitat:

mountainous rainforest

Notes:

I spotted this while hiking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. I know it's an orchid but not sure of the genus. I think it's Eulophia.

Great spot! Definitely Eulophia and looks very much like one of the paler forms of E.horsfallii.
like a kind of butterlfly or a mantis from the front ;)
looks beautiful, but also a little bit terrible, like an animal
