Description:

Beautiful white, funnel-shaped flower, looks to be like a morning glory but was opened in the middle of the day and I don't know if that makes a difference.

Notes:

Found in a weeded hillside.

This is Calystegia sepium which is native to the Eastern US. Ipomoea macrantha is a synoynm of Ipomoea violacea and Ipomoea violacea would not survive the winters where this plant was photographed.
It probably depends on the conditions of the day, Clouds, rain, whether it was blooming the first time. But I think You have it right.
