Hi -- I think it is a Marsh Fly belonging to the family Sciomyzidae. The family occurs worldwide. The elongate antennae with the single, simple arista (hair) at the end is quite characteristic. Here is a link to other Marsh flies: http://www.cirrusimage.com/flies_marsh.htm
Dolichopodidae? Some common names are metallic flies and long-legged flies.
Joseph you have reached..
I tried to find the species level. Unfortunately I not found yet the most fitting on wikipedia. But the large eyes and its three segments antennae.. it is a fly! Hope to find it again, so I can observe more details :))
The Robber Flies have more facial hair, though this may be a variation. Looking in Wikipedia and on a search for Robber Flies from in Indonesia I found several with shiny abdomens. " What's that Bug" also had a Robber Fly from Indonesia that was interesting.
That looks really cool. Kind of like a rainbow praying mantis.
