Thank you, Stephanie! Doing some research into the ID, I don't think this is Chrysaster ostensackenella. C. ostensackenella has a dark patch from the thorax to the first stripe, from the top of the forewing, while your moth has a whitish thorax. I think this may be a member of the Phyllonorycter genus, but I cannot find a good match. Definitely subfamily Lithocolletinae, though.
