Field Notes

Description:

About 7mm body length. Head and antennae are red/tan; pronotum is green and thorax is black; femurs are also green; abdomen and elytra are yellow; elytra with green transverse bands and a green centre line where the elytra meet.

Habitat:

Semi-arid region in central Mexico during rainy season, at about 1800 m.a.s.l.
