Spotted at Tampines Eco Green (junction of Tampines Ave 9 and Ave 12), Singapore.

The black patch only exist on males and they attain during mating periods
I thought the Oriental Garden Lizard has a large black patch on the throat?
You caught him while changing colour on his body...very interesting..!!
