smallest dragonfly I have seen yet. Also only orange one to date

It does and it doesnt. Mine has black on its abdomen.....oh these little dragonflies are keeping us busy!
I think both are females, and they do look similar - I wouldn´t say that they are the same sp. my spotting looks similar too- take a look: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6654743
