I thought Jatropha at first too but alice is right the leaves are wrong. I wasn't thinking Bromeliad though. I'm really not sure. Do you have any more photos of the flowers open or the whole pant?

Looks like Coral Jatropha, but the leaves are wrong. Maybe a Bromilad.
