Description:

The plant grows up to ~80cm and has a several nice bright blue coloured blossoms (diameter 2-4 cm) and has a hairy stem.

Some varieties are culivated for salad leaves or even as coffee substitute.

Habitat:

You can find it on many side of roads, pathes, fields and.... in Europe, North Amerika and Australia
