its look like Bromeliaceae not Orchidaceae. But, another picture showing the whole plant would be helpful

That looks right, but this (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Costus_comosus) says that those are native only to the Americas. They are both very pretty photos; nice job.
Lokks to me like an Red Tower Ginger (Costus Comosus)...
