Description:
My own sourdough bread yeast made in my kitchen with flour and well water! Apparently the wild yeasts in the air colonized the mixture and this is what I use to bake bread every week!
Habitat:
My kitchen countertop.
Notes:
It smells very sour and when it's fed, the smell is sweeter and very pleasant. It bubbles and froths up when it's fed with the water and flour every night..
