Description:

This male cardinal was spotted in a small set of plumeria trees. While a songbird, he was much too busy to sing while I took his picture.

Habitat:

Widespread in North America. Spotted in the Tropical South, gulf coast of FL.

Notes:

The Northern Cardinal is protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act
