Description:

It lives in fresh waters and marine habitats. The mite goes through all four stages of life. 1)egg, 2)larva, 3)nymph, 4)adult. The mite looks like a leopard print button. It is blackish brown reddish. The rest of the body is see through. It is the size of a crumb and to the human eye it looks like a black dot.
