Description:

This specie is the second biggest of Brazil. This specimen it's a little male. See a pregnant female of the same specie and caught in the same area: [ http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/120676133 ]

Habitat:

This specimen was caught in a closely forest, in a region of an environmental reserve of Atlantic Forest.

Notes:

Some friends of mine are doing some researches of bats, then I went to help a little. The "Phyllostomus hastatus" have a omnivorous diet.
