Pyralid Moth

A small moth, 5 mm long, with bands of orange scales. The antennae are held flat down the top of the wings. In the third picture, you can see the hairy tufts on the legs and how the palpi are held straight up from the face. The front legs are shorter and held bent against the thorax. Family Pyralidae.
