Linnet

Not 100% sure here... but if I suppose that the size of the bird is somewhere in the range of sparrow, I would think of juvenile Linnet (Carduelis cannabina). Once again, when increasing a light in shadows a bit, there is some buff tinge on chest, while the belly becomes very light in colour, almost off-white. Legs look dark pink, and there is rusty coloured supercilium... In that link to a blog, above, there is a pic of young female linnet, quite similar...
