Description:

These trees can be easily be identified by the shiny leaves that have a leathery texture and have only one petal. They produce flowers that have a frangrance and they usually appear in the spring

Habitat:

They grow only in southern North Carolina southern Florida and eastern Texas. They only thrive in a temperate forest.
