Description:

Small, brightly coloured hawing bird that flitters around in the undergrowth of coastal forest catching flying insects. The male has a white throat, while the female (pictured) has a buff throat pouch

Habitat:

Found through Central and South America from Mexico down to Brazil and Ecuador
