Description:

A dead Bembidion balcanicum ground beetle, a Balcan endemic, spotted in Tsagarada village, Pelion mountain, Greece.
Bembidion is the largest genus of beetles in the family Carabidae by number of species.There have been many attempts to divide it into smaller genera, most notably by René Jeannel in 1941 and by G.G. Perrault in 1981, but none of them has been generally accepted. All species are small (less than 7.5 mm) and move very fast. Most of them live close to water. The genus has a biantitropical distribution

Sorry, not a Bembidion at all! This is a tenebrionid of the genus Helops. There are three species recorded from Greece: H. caeruleus, H. rossii and H. glabriventris, all very similar to each other and hard to identify from a photo. More information in this recent paper here: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/318887130_Taxonomic_review_of_the_genus_Helops_Fabricius_1775_Coleoptera_Tenebrionidae_of_Turkey (note: they don't treat the Greek subspecies H. caeruleus caeruleus in that paper, but I think the characters would be pretty much the same as for H. caeruleus stevenii, the subspecies found in NE Anatolia)
