Description:
Eyes on right side, mouth large, first few dorsal fin rays elongated with reduced webbing; eyed side light brown with fine speckling; to 63 cm (max published length).
Habitat:
Caught from shore, on sandy/silty bottom
Notes:
Caught via hook & line on shrimp, 24 cm total length; an uncommon/rare flounder at this locality
